Ingredient
- Goat meat, smoked fish and or chicken (precooked)
- 2 cubes Maggi
- ¼ cup crayfish powder
- Salt to taste
- Pounded yam paste (1/4 cup)
- A pinch dried chili
Direction
- Combine the goat meat, chicken, chili, blended crayfish, salt, maggi and smoked fish. Add 1.5 cups of water. Set on medium heat.
- Simmer for 15mins
- Add in the pounded yam paste, combine . Simmer for another 10 minutes.
- You can add scent leaves to your(pictured above)
Your soup is ready to serve. Enjoy
