People Magazine has just released their 2014 Most Beautiful People issue and guess who is the glossy’s number 1 pick? None other than Oscar Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong’o:The choice comes as no surprise. We’ve been enthralled with Lupita’s inimitable beauty, wealth of spirit, stunning fashion choices, and grace.
Lupita is among only a handful of black woman who have landed at the top spot, sharing the honor with Halle Berry and Beyoncé.
I just knew it had to be Ms. Nyong’o this year. Her meteoric rise over the past 7 months has been unlike anything we’ve seen in quite sometime–and there was no one more deserving of the distinction. If you look back at the first look that put her on the scene back in September, it wasn’t hard to tell that she would be a star.
