Well, that's certainly a way to get attention.
Rumer Willis showed up to ELLE's 5th Annual Women in Music concert celebration in LA Tuesday night, and made headlines in a very revealing getup. (And we're putting that nicely.)
The 25-year-old daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis slipped into long-sleeved black crop top and matching high-waisted skirt -- that featured two cut-outs on the right side.
And those cut-outs revealed Rumer's hot pink underwear.
Let's take a closer look at everything that's wrong with her outfit:
1: Why couldn't she just wear a full skirt? Or a mini skirt? Or a freakin' leotard?
Rumer, here's fifty bucks. Buy yourself a skirt without holes (you probably cut) next time.
2: It doesn't matter which way you stand
Rumer's thought: Maybe if I turn to the front, my skirt won't appear as scandalous. Fail.
3: Stop it with the face
The outfit already screams sex, so can you can tame down the seductive pose, please?
4: The pink underwear has to GO (after you cover yourself up, of course)
Rum, ya couldn't go for some matching black panties? No one would have probably noticed. Oh, wait, we see what you tried (and succeeded in) doing there...kudos.
5: Her undergarments don't even match
Pink undies and a black bra. No. No. NO.
6: The one thing we do like is overshadowed
You get two thumbs up for the heels. Unfortunately, they didn't get the attention they deserved because the pink panther thing you have going on downstairs stole the show.
