CEB Special: How to cook Afia Efere(white soup)


Ingredient
  • Goat meat, smoked fish and or chicken (precooked)
  • 2 cubes Maggi
  • ¼ cup crayfish powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pounded yam paste (1/4 cup)
  • A pinch dried chili
Direction
  • Combine the goat meat, chicken, chili, blended crayfish, salt, maggi and smoked fish. Add 1.5 cups of water. Set on medium heat.
  • Simmer for 15mins
  • Add in the pounded yam paste, combine . Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • You can add scent leaves to your(pictured above)
Your soup is ready to serve. Enjoy
