Miley Cyrus turned 21 years old this weekend ... and she celebrated with booze, celebrities, strippers and a guest appearance from a Dr. Seuss character ...

Miley -- now legal to drink alcohol in the U.S. -- partied at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in L.A. on Sunday night, after the American Music Awards.

From what i know Miley rented out the entire theater for the special birthday/AMAs afterparty.

Kelly Osbourne was one of the guests -- and took a pic with Miley with party hats, birthday cupcakes and a bottle of champagne.

Unclear why The Lorax was there ... but he no longer has to speak for the trees that have no tongues ... Miley's got enough tongue for everyone.

Kanye West Boycotts Louis Vuitton And Says Kardashians Should Be Praised For Dating Black Men

Kanye again lol, he was snubbed by the Head of Louis Vuitton and this got to him real bad ..Explaining what happened during a radio interview yesterday, Kanye said LV vice-president Yves Carcelle refused to meet with him recently in Paris when he made a request to see him;

I was made for this moment. What happened was while I was out in Paris I wanted to meet with the head of Louis Vuitton, he said I don't understand why we need to meet with you.
'I said, "let me explain to you why you need to meet with me.Everybody in New York City right now don't buy any Louis Vuitton until after January.Now do you want to meet with me? Now do you want to meet with me? Influence. They think that I don't realise my power.

He also said the Kardashian ladies should be given credit for dating black men...and championing interracial relationships.He said.....A lot of what the Kardshians do, I don’t think they get enough credit for what they do. They prep America to accept interracial relationships. I’m not talking about me, I can hope on a plane. I can date a white woman, I can date a black woman, and no matter what they say in the barber shop don’t matter, because I don’t get my haircut there.For the people that do, though, there’s a white woman that’s getting talked down to by her friends because she’s dating a black guy. Now you’ve got a point of reference, that you can say, "Well, actually this couple right here, that’s dope."

There have been a report about Jay Z and Bey having MARRIAGE PROBLEMS . . . well now there's ANOTHER report coming out of the UK. According to a BLONDE MODEL, who was Miss Belgium 2012, Jay was thirstily COMING FOR HER inside a European club.
Here's how the British paper THE MIRROR is reporting it:

Jay Z is said to have bought drinks for a beauty queen amid rumours about his marriage to Beyonce.

The rapper spent more than $8,000 on champagne while partying with gorgeous model Claudia Scheelen in Antwerp’s Magic nightclub last month.

Claudia, 27, told the Mirror: “I was with my girlfriends and he sent over a drink to us – he had this huge bottle of Ace of Spades champagne, it must have been six or ten litres.

“He told me ‘I’ve been all over the entire world, but the girls in Antwerp are the prettiest girls.’”

Claudia says Jay Z didn’t talk about his wife or one-year-old daughter when they met.

“He didn’t mention Beyoncé or Blue once,” she added.

The woman hasn't said anything TOO EXPLICIT yet. But there are whispers that she's HOLDING OUT on the juicier part of the story . . . until she gets more $$$.
